Ramiel Reyes started out as a business owner in 2013 following in the footsteps of his grandfather. His dream of becoming a great entrepreneur in the commercial cleaning industry soon became reality with the inception of Kings Legacy Cleaning, LLC. Since then, he has expanded, changed the business name and model to provide many other services and reach into more markets. Currently, Ramiel Reyes has ownership of Kings Legacy Services, LLC focusing on Property Services and Construction in Gainesville, FL and the surrounding areas.
The genesis of Kings Legacy lies in the inspiration Ramiel Reyes drew from his grandfather, Ramon Reyes, who was a successful entrepreneur with his own company, “Kings Asphalt.” Ramon’s unwavering work ethic and belief that no task was insurmountable left a lasting impression on Ramiel. Ramon instilled in Ramiel a deep respect for the land, its produce, animals, and fishing, which formed the foundation of his love for these things. Ramiel’s grandfather was his hero and role model.
In pursuit of his dream, Ramiel founded Kings Legacy Cleaning LLC in 2013. It was initially focused on providing services to the local business and residential customers in North Central Florida. The company’s mission was to deliver high-quality, professional service at an affordable price. Over time, Kings Legacy Cleaning LLC expanded its offerings to include residential and commercial janitorial services, window cleaning, carpet and hard surface floor care, landscaping, irrigation repair and installation, lawn care and maintenance, pressure washing, and specialized interior cleaning services. In 2017, Kings Legacy Cleaning LLC added student housing turn services, which encompassed carpet cleaning, painting, drywall repairs, janitorial services, maintenance, and staffing.
As the founder and owner of Kings Legacy Cleaning LLC, Ramiel oversees the day-to-day operations of the company, which employs nine full-time workers year-round. During peak periods, Ramiel hires additional labor to assist with the student housing turn services in August. Ramiel is responsible for hiring, performance management, direct sales, billing, equipment and supply procurement, and other aspects of the business.
Ramiel is married to Lucia Alejandra Gomez, and together they have two young children, Gael (3) and Zoe (2). Lucia is an integral part of the Kings Legacy Cleaning LLC team, working alongside Ramiel in the office and specializing in organizing the student housing turn services. In 2013, Ramiel incorporated Kings Legacy Cleaning LLC as an S-Corporation with advice from his accountant and steadfast supporter, Odalis Cruz.
