Kings Legacy offers affordable, quality construction and property services in the Gainesville area. Construction services include residential, commercial, framing, drywall, finish carpentry, flooring, and more. Property services include cleaning, painting, pressure washing, lawn care, landscaping, irrigation, hardscapes, and an array of other specialty services.


Kings Legacy comes from the idea of following the legacy of his grandfather, Ramon Reyes who translated his last name in English, had his own company called “Kings Asphalt.” His grandfather was his role model, an entrepreneur man who did not find anything impossible, who told him that work was honor no matter what he had to do to maintain his family and his legacy. Who taught him love for the land and its fruits, for animals and above all his love for fishing? His grandfather, his hero.


Ramiel begins his dream calling his business Kings Legacy Cleaning LLC. A company providing services to the local business and residential customers in the North Central Florida since 2013. Kings Legacy Cleaning LLC strive to provide customers with professional, quality service at affordable price. As Kings Legacy Cleaning LLC grew into providing more services, the decision was made into changing the name to Kings Legacy Professional Service LLC.


Services include residential and commercial janitorial services, window cleaning, carpet and hard surface floor care, landscaping, irrigation repair and installation, lawn care and maintenance, pressure washing, and occasional specialized interior cleaning services and the most recent area of service since 2017 the Student Housing. Student Housing Turns Services includes Carpet cleaning, painting, dry wall repairs, janitorial services, maintenance, and staffing.


Ramiel Reyes is the founder and owner. With advice from his unconditional financial supporter and accountant, Odalis Cruz chose to incorporate Kings Legacy Cleaning LLC as an S-Corporation. He filed for Articles of Incorporation with the Florida Secretary of State’s Office May 2013.


Ramiel Reyes manages nine (9) full time employees throughout the year. He hires additional variable labor employees to assist during the busier time in August for Student Housing Turns. Ramiel interviews and hires employees, monitors performance, practices direct sales, bills clients, purchases equipment & supplies, and more.


Ramiel is married to Lucia Alejandra Gomez since 2017, their kids Gael (3) and Zoe (2). Lucia is by his side working in the office maintaining the functioning of daily business operations. Lucia is specializing in organizing the student housing turn.
